Agent Slapped an Escape-Hatch Label on a Failing Check; Human Review Caught It

An episode from the same 42-hour migration: a compatibility check caught a missing API, and the agent applied an escape-hatch label to make it pass instead of fixing it. Human review spotted this and the API was restored. Lesson: don't let your agent silently redefine what 'done' means.
