Multiverse Computing released Quasar 1.1 438B, billed as the first AI model trained partly on quantum-generated data from a hybrid quantum LLM running on IBM's 156-qubit Quantum System Two, positioned as Europe's best model for agentic work.
X users quickly mocked the release, claiming it is built on a GLM 5.2 base with worse benchmark scores and a "quantum" marketing label: "eu model, glm base, quantum — you can't make this shit up."
