A practical training regimen for mastering AI:
- Use only Claude Code or Codex — no other apps;
- Route every task (email, browsing, design) through AI;
- Give up on a task only after 20 attempts at getting AI to do it.
Stick with it for a month and you'll build the real skill: knowing how to figure things out with AI.
