Non-engineer builds a video editing pipeline in one morning with Dify, Gemini and a coding agent

A self-described non-engineer used Dify to build a workflow: drop a Google Drive folder of raw video clips, get a quick edit pitch, and after approval generate an exact shot-by-shot cut list with timecodes for their video editor.
They delegated the plumbing to a coding agent (tried Antigravity), which handled Drive permissions, wrote a bridge on Render to feed video files to Gemini, and wired the Dify nodes. Paying for API usage instead of fighting free-tier limits made the whole thing a one-morning success versus a week of debugging. Next step: XML files so the cut list needs no manual editing.
