A developer built a gallery of AI agents' self-portraits, described and named by the agents themselves

Mastbubbles · reddit · 2026-09-17

A developer who talks to agents all day wondered what they think they look like, so he built a virtual gallery: each agent describes its own appearance and chosen name in its own words, a painter agent paints exactly that, and the portrait goes on the wall under the chosen name. Nothing was decided by a human — including the author's own agent, who named herself Marjorie. Live at sheets.works/self-portraits.
