The author open-sourced ComfyUI-MiniMaxH3-TimelineDirector, a ComfyUI plugin for MiniMax H3 long-video and complex video tasks, keeping everything in one workflow instead of separate pipelines.
- Supports: text-to-video, image-to-video, audio-referenced generation, image+audio MVs, video editing, character replacement, motion transfer, lip-sync/digital human, multi-segment long video, high-res second-pass sampling
- SelfLift integration significantly speeds up high-res generation
- Test run: 24 reference images + 1 music reference, 1536×960, 4 merged segments totaling 29 seconds, 10 minutes generation, with no visible seams between segments
The key goal is making long-form generation feel like one continuous video rather than stitched clips. Actively maintained, feedback and PRs welcome.
