audiobook-studio: local EPUB-to-audiobook conversion on Apple Silicon, resumable M4B output

This is the GitHub repo behind the earlier announcement. audiobook-studio converts EPUBs into chaptered audiobooks locally on Apple Silicon:
- Native SwiftUI app paired with local speech models
- Qwen and Voxtral run via MLX-Audio; Kokoro uses PyTorch with Metal
- Outputs M4B with chapter markers and the EPUB's cover
- Finished speech batches are saved, so conversion can pause, resume, or survive closing the app
- Model downloads need internet; narration runs entirely on the Mac
- Qwen by default, with preset narrator voices
