Cloud GPU provider Nebius is raising on-demand pricing across major NVIDIA GPUs effective October 1: H100 $3.85 → $4.50 (+17%), H200 $4.50 → $5.40 (+20%), B200 $7.15 → $8.50 (+19%), and B300 $7.85 → $9.50 (+21%). The across-the-board hikes signal tight compute supply and strong demand in the GPU rental market.
