Zeno Robotics presents Zeno-1, billed as the world's first foundation model purpose-built for decentralized multi-robot collaboration, at 3B parameters.
- Local closed-loop vision-motor inference at 30 Hz with no central scheduler: multiple robots coordinate autonomously without human direction or a unified shared policy.
- On-demand teamwork: robots work independently on simple tasks and combine capabilities for complex ones, avoiding conflicts like grabbing the same cup.
- Physical capability scales roughly linearly with robot count, so adding robots doesn't require redesigning the whole automation stack.
