ColabFold2 preview unifies AlphaFold3, Boltz2, RosettaFold3 and more in JAX

ColabFold author sokrypton shared a sneak peek of ColabFold2, integrating ten protein structure prediction tools — AlphaFold3, OpenFold3, IntelliFold2, Protenix2, Boltz2, OpenDDE, RosettaFold3, Chai1, ESMFold2 and OpenBind0 — all implemented in JAX. The accompanying ColabFold 1.6.3 release is 2.5x faster, pip-installable, and adds ipSAE and pDockQ2 scores. A Colab notebook and pip package are available for immediate use.
