ColabFold 1.6.3 ships 2.5x faster; ColabFold2 preview unifies AF3, Boltz-2 and 10 folding models in Jax

ColabFold 1.6.3 is out: 2.5x faster, pip-installable, with new ipSAE and pDockQ2 scores. The author also previewed ColabFold2, implemented fully in Jax, integrating ten structure models — AlphaFold3, OpenFold3, IntelliFold2, Protenix2, Boltz2, OpenDDE, RoseTTAFold3, Chai1, ESMFold2, and OpenBind0 — with a Colab notebook and pip package available.
