Claude Code Plugin Uses Jev to Route Tasks Across Local Coding Models

@mdlahfir built a Claude Code plugin that gathers local coding harnesses (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode) and uses Jev to predict which harness/model best fits a given task. Relatedly, the browser agent empryo uses Jev to pick next actions in 200ms, handing back control on low confidence, with payments/sends/deletes still requiring approval.
