ColabFold 1.6.3 Released: 2.5x Faster, pip-Installable, Adds ipSAE+pDockQ2 Scores

ColabFold 1.6.3 is out with a 2.5x speedup, pip-installable packaging (pip install colabfold[alphafold]), and new ipSAE and pDockQ2 interface scores. Thanks to contributions from Choonghwan Lee, Marielle Russo, Gyuri Kim, Martin Steinegger and Milot Mirdita.
