Atlassian's David Hoang demoed his personal-software setup at The Onset's Build / 01: running dozens of local agents, he built his own Swift desktop app on top of Atlassian's Teamwork Graph and Design System, with an attention system and a live Trello Kanban board. He also cloned Command & Conquer to visualize local agent sessions — an 'unserious' project that gave him real insight into agent architectures, which he then folded into a personal workbench for focus and collaboration. His broader point: design leaders should show proof of work, and personal software is about curating how you work best.
