The 2.5-hour fully AI-generated Odyssey movie is 2.5 hours too long

The Verge reviews "Odysseus: The Fall," a fully AI-generated feature from AI firm Fountain 0. Arriving as Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey dominates the box office and revives interest in classic literature, the 2.5-hour AI retelling is so bad "it might just make viewers hate the original book altogether."

The film is written and directed by cofounder Ash Koosha, who lent his likeness to the title character and created all the music — hence very short credits. The studio's only prior work is an AI film, Dreams of Violets, which screened at Tribeca earlier this year.
