Genomic Intelligence brings its genomic expression models into ChatGPT for gene therapy design
julia_kiseleva · x · 2026-09-17
Genomic Intelligence is now available inside ChatGPT, letting users query its genomic expression models directly in conversation — no new interface or workflow required.
The shared example: a researcher developing a gene therapy for glioblastoma asks the model to compare promoters (SOX2, NES, PROM1, OLIG2, SOX9) for expression selectivity in patient-derived glioblastoma stem-like cells versus normal adult cortex, rank them by target-minus-off-target score, then optimize the best promoter via single-base substitutions, returning the best candidate sequence, its mutations, before/after scores, and the optimization trajectory.
