- Core idea: transform papers from passive artefacts into active systems — a "virtual corresponding author" exposing manuscript, supplementary materials, datasets, code and workflows as agent-native knowledge.
- Approach: multiple agents analyze the paper and codebase to build a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, then generate and run tests to refine and harden the MCP, which connects to a chat agent.
