Blender + AI modeling tip: design parts separately and keep everything assemblable
kevinkern · x · 2026-09-17
A hands-on tip for using Astra with Blender: instead of asking the AI to generate the whole model at once (the first output is often too simple), have it design each part separately and make everything assemblable. A few iterations on the individual parts usually get much closer to the reference image — a simple, reproducible workflow for AI-assisted 3D modeling.
