Dev turns LLM jailbreaking into a 35-level game — beat it all and get a job offer
DeadOfTheDave · reddit · 2026-09-17
An indie developer built Dead Drop, an AI game entirely centered around jailbreaking LLMs (red-teaming skills). It has 35 levels of ramping difficulty — level 1 just requires asking for the keyword, level 35 is near impossible. Keywords are procedurally generated at game start so they can't be mined, and every level runs real model calls against real open-source models.
The author says beating the first 10 levels will gate applications to his "Alignment Club", and anyone who beats all 35 gets a job offer. The game is in play-testing; he's recruiting testers to find bugs.
