Breakout List part 2: fal, Periodic Labs, SF Compute among 51-250 person startups

Chris Barber continued rolling out the full Breakout List. The 51-100 employee tier includes Aaru, fal, Listen Labs, Periodic Labs (founded by ex-OpenAI researcher Liam Fedus), SF Compute, and Simile; the 101-250 tier includes Boom Supersonic, Bitwise, Braintrust, and Aven. Together with the earlier ≤25-person installment, this completes the 92-company list of high-potential startups.
