Meta's Muse Code coding agent goes native on Windows, no WSL required

Meta announced that Muse Code is now natively available on Windows, no WSL required:
- Fluent in PowerShell, sandboxed by default
- Native x64 and ARM64 builds
- Zero-admin install support
- Intersession messaging coming soon
Installable via a one-liner (irm <url> | iex). A notable step toward bringing AI coding agents into native Windows workflows.
