French startup Workers Delos raised €10M (Bpifrance, c4ventures, foundersfuture) to build autonomous 'AI employees' rather than AI tools. Its Delos Workers — 15 specialized profiles spanning marketing, dev, design, HR, finance and support — each get their own personality, memory, email address, phone number and Google/Microsoft account, and plug into Slack, Teams and 3,000+ tools to execute tasks end to end proactively, 24/7.
