Vercel makes Secure Compute and Static IP builds 64% faster with prewarmed containers

Vercel announced that Secure Compute and Static IP builds now start 64% faster. Builds previously booted a fresh container with the network attached; they now claim a prewarmed container and attach the network on the way in, eliminating cold-start overhead.
