Open-model startup Arcee AI raises Series B at a $1B+ valuation

Arcee AI announced a Series B round valuing the company at over $1B, led by Vista Equity with Cambium Capital and Emergence Capital, plus Hitachi, M12, Wipro and others. Funds will accelerate next-gen Trinity models across diverse infrastructure, expand DOE/national-lab work on Genesis-Science-1, and build enterprise platform teams for deploying open models in production.
