Its entrepreneur-in-residence program provides a year of runway, support and input, freedom to experiment, and $150k in seed funding; applications are open online. GovAI lists years of prior work on the topic, including pieces on frontier AI auditing, "In-House Evaluation is not Enough", publicly accountable frontier LLMs, and frontier AI regulation.
