Bill Gates tells NDTV he expects AI — advising doctors and interacting more directly with patients — to help make healthcare more affordable in India. But he flags a critical obstacle: patient data. Getting data governance right and maintaining privacy will be "particularly challenging" as AI plays a bigger role in patient care.
