BackOps AI raises $42M Series B six months after $26M Series A to automate logistics ops

BackOps AI announced a $42M Series B led by Insight Partners, just six months after its $26M Series A. The startup builds an intelligence and resolution layer for companies making and moving physical goods, sitting across ERPs, WMSs, TMSs, carrier portals, email, and spreadsheets to gather context, make decisions, and carry work to resolution. Its thesis: as models get cheaper and better, proprietary data created by actually doing the work becomes the biggest moat. One customer has processed 500K+ cases since the Series A.
