ToS;DR grades: Google, Facebook and X all rated E, ChatGPT gets a C for its privacy terms

The author follows up on ToS;DR with the actual grades for major services, and they're ugly:
- Google: E — collects data without direct interaction; your identity used in ads shown to others; data used for automated decision-making, profiling or AI training; tracking may continue after opting out
- Facebook: E — non-E2E-encrypted private messages can be read; your posts may be edited by the service; data used for AI training
- X (Twitter): E — DMs can be read; content you post may be edited for any reason; specific content deletable without cause
- OpenAI (ChatGPT): C — personal data used for profiling and AI training; location data collected; you waive class-action rights
ToS;DR is a nonprofit FOSS project funded by donations.
