antirez open-sources DwarfStar's fused inference kernels under MIT

Salvatore Sanfilippo (antirez, creator of Redis) announced that DwarfStar now contains many fast fused kernels for important model families, all available under the MIT license. He invites anyone to freely reuse the code to improve their own inference implementations — a handy resource for developers working on local inference or hand-written kernels.
