Salesforce deploys legal AI Legora across global legal org

Salesforce has adopted legal AI startup Legora across its Legal and Corporate Affairs organization in North America, EMEA, and APAC, complementing Agentforce and Slack. Erica Swainson, VP of Legal Innovation, says Legora supports research, drafting, and other workflows so the team can focus on work requiring expertise and judgment — a concrete example of an AI-native legal function at scale.
