Team prompting is single-player: founder builds shared AI workspace to fix it

ryrydaguyguy · reddit · 2026-09-16

Following up on a popular thread about AI prompting being "single-player" at work, the author distills three recurring pain points: shared prompt docs die within days because nobody maintains them; prompts aren't the valuable part — context and history are; teams hack together Git repos or Claude/GPT plugins because nothing off-the-shelf syncs prompts well.

He is building a shared workspace where the whole team prompts the same AI together: prompts and responses visible in real time, context and history attached automatically, and new members inherit the full history. Not live yet; recruiting early tester teams, and he's explicit that this is a commercial product.
