Even four-year-old GPU capacity is repricing upward.
- Oracle disclosed on its latest earnings call that capacity up for renewal in Q1 was renewed or resold at a 20% premium — and most of those GPUs are four-plus years old.
- Compute provider IREN reported two weeks earlier that 3-year contract pricing is up about 125% since November, with recent deals above $20M per MW.
Takeaway: new supply is arriving, but pricing power is surviving it.
