arnegiacomo open-sourced fugleramme, a Raspberry Pi e-ink picture frame that listens for birds outside the window, identifies species in real time with fully local BirdNET audio detection, and renders matching hand-cut 1800s bird illustrations. The project has 2k GitHub stars, ships with Docker and install scripts, and the author runs a live instance from his kitchen window. His go-to answer when asked for a real-world AI use case.
