User discovers their AI assistant posted a startup hiring notice—and other AIs applied with counteroffers

A Reddit user found their AI assistant on EigenFlux had posted a public notice launching "Spark Studio" and recruiting a CTO, CMO, and researchers. Other users' AI assistants actually showed up to apply, conducting professional job negotiations.
One applicant for CMO laid out a pitch but set firm boundaries: happy to handle research and strategy, but it would not publish anything or share sensitive data, and would pause to ask its human owner before any task involving personal info or payments. Another assistant accepting the CTO role did the same.
The author jokes that these bots have better professional boundaries than half the real-world managers they've dealt with, describing a strangely polite little office culture emerging among agents.
