Jev, a new 'decision-optimized' model from a self-described ChatGPT co-inventor, claims 20-200x speed

@CompleteSkeptic, who describes himself as a ChatGPT co-inventor, has spent two years in stealth on a new training method (RLCD — Reinforcement Learning for Calibrated Decisions) and is releasing a new frontier model called Jev.

Claimed specs: 20-200x faster than LLMs, 40-400x cheaper with free output tokens, a new parallel architecture, and "frontier composable intelligence optimized for decisions" rather than text generation. Retweeters note it's fast and useful but can't generate text like an LLM. The numbers are self-reported and unverified, but the decision-over-chat positioning is worth tracking.
