Reuters reports major investors have approached OpenAI about a new funding round that could raise its valuation from $852 billion to roughly $1.2 trillion, with talks still at an early stage.
OpenAI already secured $122 billion in committed capital in March, as frontier AI attracts investment on a scale never before seen in the tech industry.
