IEEE ICRA 2027, the flagship robotics conference (May 24-28, 2027, Seoul), extended its paper submission deadline by 24 hours to September 16, 2026 (23:59 PST) due to high server load, with no further extensions planned.
- On-site only: no online presentation option; no-show papers are skipped
- 8-page limit including references, double-column format, double-anonymous review
- Acceptance notifications on January 31, 2027; early registration ends March 31, 2027
- Registration fees are non-refundable if a paper is disqualified under IEEE-RAS AI use policies
