Anthropic ships Salesforce in Claude: 37 skills put the whole seller workflow in one conversation

Anthropic released Salesforce in Claude (beta), built with Salesforce, bringing a seller's accounts, opportunities and pipeline into Claude under existing permissions, with 37 skills for daily AE work: account research, call prep, pipeline review and CRM updates.
- Two connectors: Salesforce (read and act on data — summarize history, update opportunities, log calls, create follow-ups) and Slack (deal-channel summaries and account-team threads).
- A first-run setup skill detects the seller's tools and builds a tailored Claude Artifact for their role and book of business.
- Claude drafts updates for approval, cutting hours of manual info-gathering across Salesforce, email, call recordings and Slack.
