IBM's Grady Booch: I Don't Fear Superintelligence

Grady Booch, IBM Chief Scientist and UML co-creator, restates the position from his TED talk a decade ago: he doesn't fear superintelligence. His core argument: any so-called superintelligence posing an existential threat would also have to be super-embodied — which won't happen. He argues we should teach, not program, AI to share human values rather than worry about sci-fi doomsday scenarios.
