CTD Commons will test acquiring Common Technical Documents (CTDs) from failed or shelved drug programs and making them openly available.
A CTD compiles a drug's full journey — animal toxicology, manufacturing details, and FDA correspondence — yet only a fraction appears in published papers. The goal: let future teams learn from precedent that is usually locked away, speeding up effective treatments for patients.
