Salesforce founder Marc Benioff says he started the company after a vision he had while swimming with a pod of about 100 dolphins off Hawaii: "I was one with the pod." He then quit his job, and Larry Ellison gave him $2 million to launch Salesforce 26 years ago. The mystical origin story drew plenty of amused reactions online.
