Polyphonic puts Claude Code, Codex, Kimi and more in one house with shared memory

Developer Riley Ralmuto launched Polyphonic (Mac beta, free), a tool that gives multiple coding agents a shared home and memory, already supporting Claude Code, Codex, Kimi, Grok, Hermes and OpenClaw.
Built after tiring of agents living in six terminals with no knowledge of each other, its design:
- One house, one memory: agents share a single home with full continuity.
- Cryptographic identity: a signed conversation layer records who said or did what.
- Identity solves authorship, not truth: it won't automatically decide which conflicting claim is correct.
- Isolated private memory: access to shared owner knowledge is explicitly granted, with per-agent read/write permissions.
- Conflict handling: conflicting changes become versioned proposals for review rather than silent overwrites; the owner retains merge authority.
