At Dreamforce, Salesforce unveiled Koa, its first CRM reasoning model, created by post-training NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super on a proprietary synthetic dataset drawn from nearly three decades of CRM deployments. Jensen Huang joined Marc Benioff onstage, framing AI as a planetary infrastructure layer that lets us "know everything and do anything."
