At Dreamforce, Salesforce and NVIDIA announced Koa, Salesforce's first CRM reasoning model, with Jensen Huang joining Marc Benioff onstage.
- Koa was post-trained from NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super on a proprietary synthetic dataset drawn from nearly 27 years of enterprise CRM deployments
- It runs entirely within Salesforce's own infrastructure and powers the Agentforce platform
- Huang framed AI as the next industrial revolution: "With electricity we could power everything, with the internet you can find anything — now with AI as an infrastructure layer across the planet, we can know everything and do anything"
- On AI safety: "Safety is job one. However, safety is an engineering problem… if you're not confident in its functionality, capability, or safety, don't release it"
