Claude Code 2.1.273 shipped just 18 hours after 2.1.272: bundle size +512.4 kB (+1.1%), prompt tokens +1,357 (+6.4%), with tools now 81.4% of prompt mix. New opt-in gateway hint headers (request-class, agent-type, compaction) via CLAUDECODEGATEWAYHINTHEADERS=1, plus a notification when an MCP server disconnects mid-session.
