Watch an AI agent run CapCut PC: prompts become real editing actions you can still tweak
thetripathi58 · x · 2026-09-16
A demo of ByteDance's Astra agent operating CapCut PC end to end: the author supplies footage and describes the desired edit in natural language — structure, pacing, key moments, captions, transitions, audio. Astra interprets the instructions and drives CapCut PC to build the timeline, assembling clips and adding cuts, captions and transitions.
Because the CapCut project stays editable, the author can keep adjusting clips, pacing and captions on separate tracks, or hand it to Edit Pilot for another post-editing round. Tagged with Seedance 2.5.
