Sara Hooker calls 10% AI extinction risk claims highly irresponsible

In an NDTV interview, Sara Hooker pushes back on the AI slowdown panic from Sam Altman, Dario Amodei and Elon Musk, arguing such alarms look increasingly cosmetic and conflicted. She says risk conversations should be accountable: as with a tsunami warning, we'd demand evidence, and throwing around "10% extinction risk" without justification is highly irresponsible.
