Blank text box is consumer agents' biggest barrier; TownAI suggests tasks proactively

VC Janice Yong (venturetwins) argues the biggest barrier to consumer agent adoption is that most people stare at a blank text box with no idea what to ask AI to do, echoing Greg Brockman's point that agents should proactively suggest tasks based on user context.
She says the product doing this best is TownAI: it reads your inbox and suggests tasks to automate or workflows to set up before onboarding is even finished — requiring zero initiative from the user.
