UNC team launches project to find true tumor-specific pMHCs with long-read WGS and mass spec

Iskander announced a new research effort at UNC with Benjamin Vincent to determine which tumor-specific pMHCs are actually present on tumor cells and which vaccine platforms are more immunogenic.
The project will generate:
- Extensive long-read whole-genome sequencing and scRNA-seq data
- Targeted mass spectrometry analyses
- Tumor-specific TCR datasets
