First large-scale 'AI in Science' report released as start of new research agenda

Alex Olegimas, JMateosGarcia, mcodreanu and co-authors released "AI in Science: Early Insights into the world," the first output of a new research agenda on AI's impact on science. Drawing on big data, the report argues AI's promise for economic growth runs directly through its impact on science, offering early empirical insights where little data previously existed — with many results and open questions to come.
